How to become a VIP Buyer:

Becoming a VIP BUYER is simple, but spots are limited and based on a first-come, first-served basis, prioritizing early and qualified registrations.

Step 2: Upload the documents below or email them to us at: info@hawacorp.com.vn (mandatory):

• Copy of Passport (with photo)
• Company Registration / Business License
• Company Profile / Introduction

Step 3: The Organizer will review the information and fully verify the conditions in the customer’s profile. A confirmation email will be sent within 3 – 5 business days.

Step 4: The Organizer will book hotel rooms for successfully registered customers.

Step 5: The hotel will send booking confirmation details to the customer.

Important notes:

• The complimentary hotel stay program for VIP BUYERS is only applicable for international customers’ stays between August 26 – 29, 2025.
• This program is exclusively for international buyers (not exhibitors) and is non-refundable, non-convertible to cash, and non-transferable to any third party. The presence of the registered applicants is mandatory, and representation is not allowed.
• The complimentary room program for VIP Customers is ONLY: 1 ROOM for 2 NIGHTS per 1 COMPANY.
• The Organizer will only cover the cost of 02 complimentary nights at hotels designated by the Organizer. Other hotels booked by the Buyer will not be accepted.
